Terms of sale and payment

1. General

These terms apply when you book a service or order tyres on the Autolikavex website (autolikavex.com). The seller is Autolikavex Oy (business ID 3086299-8), Sinilatvantie 18, 01350 Vantaa, Finland, [email protected]. Locations: P-Kamppi (Olavinkatu 1, Helsinki, tel. +358 50 541 3684) and P-Kluuvi (Puutarhakatu 1 / Fabianinkatu 27, Helsinki, tel. +358 40 136 6416).

2. Prices

All prices include 25.5% VAT. The total shown in the order summary is binding. Tyre prices include freight and the recycling fee; fitting is shown as its own line if you choose it.

3. Bookings

Your booking is valid once you receive a confirmation by email. Booking is free of charge. Bring the car at the booked time. You can cancel or move your booking free of charge up to 2 hours before the booked time via the link in the confirmation, with your own details or by calling the location.

4. Payment

Services are paid at the location by card or cash when you collect the car. Tyres and wheels are paid at the location on collection or fitting. Nothing is charged in advance for a booking or an order.

5. Tyre orders

We order the tyres from our wholesaler once we have confirmed your order. The estimated delivery time is shown for each tyre and in the order confirmation. It is based on the wholesaler’s delivery time, so it is an estimate, not a guarantee. We will let you know if it changes, and we agree a collection or fitting time with you. Before ordering, check that the tyre size and type suit your car. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering and we will help you choose.

• Right of withdrawal: you can withdraw from a tyre order within 14 days of the tyres becoming available at our location, provided they have not been fitted. If you have already paid, we refund the payment within 14 days using the same payment method.
• The right of withdrawal and return ends once the tyres have been fitted to your car at your request. Fitted tyres cannot be returned.
• Defective products: tyres are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and liability for defects under the Consumer Protection Act. Notify us of a defect within a reasonable time of discovering it.

6. Complaints and disputes

If you are not satisfied with a service or product, please contact us first: [email protected] or the location phone number. As a consumer you can get free advice from the Finnish consumer advisory services (kkv.fi) and take the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi).

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Your order is governed by the terms in force when you placed it.
